CharlottesVille Zumba Team -
We now have four qualified Zumba instructors, myself (Charlotte Macari), Jacqui Cooper, Charlotte Pound and Laura Hulme. We all have many years of fitness and dance experience!! Which I feel is very important for get the most from your classes, and be able to dance the moves correctly. Charlottesville's classes are all very similar, so if you can't make your usual one, theres always another you can try.
I have recently completed the Zumba Gold course, which is Zumba at a slower and more gently pace, which suit some people.
I have also now completed Zumba Basic Two, Zumba Toning and ZumbaAtomic (aimed at Kids). Therefore I will be able to add more to the classes, (and there is so much more, its exciting!!!)
Zumba Toning Classes coming very soon, I will keep you posted
